This program can be presented as part of a 'Lunch 'N Learn' series or delivered as a half-day workshop. This program is aimed at employees or anyone wanting a more basic understanding of the causes of and ways to manage stress.

· Defining stress and identifying types of stressors

Explain the importance of positive thinking, emotional well-being, and relaxation on leading a fulfilling and balanced life.
Discuss strategies to reduce or eliminate sources of unpleasant stress and explain what can happen when stress is not controlled stress. Understand the true nature of stress and how to harness it for improved performance.
