This Frontline Management Program is targeted to the needs of new or inexperienced front-line managers, supervisors and team leaders. The program content focuses on key result areas for leadership effectiveness and development of leadership practices, including setting direction; developing values-based leadership; motivating for improved performance; building teamwork and collaboration and communication competencies. The program is designed to give participants the skills and confidence to develop an action plan to improve both personal and organisational effectiveness.

Instruction will be based on an interactive format where participants will be required to work in groups to address certain issues as well as working individually to complete set tasks and exercises.
